Plus was formed in 2002. The concept was founded on a belief that
the Commercial needs of Owner Managed Businesses are not satisfied by Accountancy
Practices or Consultancy Boutiques.
We have found that Businesses need more than Accountancy or Consultancy advice,
they need somebody with the knowledge and experience to help them grow. This can
cover several issues but essentially
what we have discovered is that just having
the skills is not enough, you need the experience to draw upon.
Many Owner Managed Businesses are run without a Managing or Finance Director (or
both!) and as a result they need to look outside of the Company for advice and guidance.
Most Businesses will turn to their Accountants or Lawyers, neither of whom would
probably ever have been in the Commercial World outside their dealings with clients.
The quality and skills within Plus are derived from years of experience in Commercial
and Financial operations across a wide array of Services and industries. We can
provide the Professional knowledge and Experience of Senior Management without the
cost of employing somebody full time.
The services we provide are wide and varied for our clients, ranging from Credit
Control to Planning the integration of Companies Acquired into the culture and operation
of the Acquiring Company.
